How it works

1. The Snapshot. Twelve short statements about your player, answered by tap. About three minutes. North shows you the four areas of their game and which one is the biggest gap right now.
2. Talk to North. North asks before it answers. One question at a time, in plain words, until it understands what you are seeing. Then it writes a plan you can act on this week: what to work on, who should run it, and what to watch for in the next games.
3. Check back. North remembers everything you told it. Two weeks later it checks in, asks what changed, and adjusts. Take the Snapshot again any time and see the change.

If your club uses PlayerNorth, a coach reviews every plan North writes before it is final.

What North is, and is not

• North is built on one coach's system, not the internet's. It says what Lee Green would say.
• North has not seen your child play and will never claim to. When something needs a coach's eyes, it says so.
• North will not promise playing time, a roster spot, or a scholarship. It will tell you what a coach would need to see.
• North is not a doctor. Anything about an injury goes to a doctor or athletic trainer, and North will tell you that.
• North talks to you, the parent. It never talks to your child.

Questions parents ask

Who is this for?

Parents of players from about 3rd grade through 12th. It works best when you watch your player's games and want to know what to do with what you see.

Is North a real coach?

No. North is an AI advisor built on Lee Green's coaching system. It gives you a coach's way of thinking, not a replacement for a coach. When your club uses PlayerNorth, a real coach reviews the plans.

What does it cost?

PlayerNorth is invite-only right now. Pricing for families will be announced when it opens up.

What do you keep about my child?

A first name or nickname, grade, position, where they play, and your goal for them. No last name, birthday, school, photos, or video. North will not save anything about health, injuries, or family circumstances to the profile, and will not base advice on it.

Can I see everything and delete it?

Yes. The profile shows every fact North remembers, labeled by where it came from: you, a coach, or the Snapshot. You can mark anything you reported as not right, download everything, or delete the player at any time.

Who else can see our conversation?

If you joined through a club, that club's coaches can read it so their advice lines up with North's. No one else. Clubs never see each other's families.

What if I disagree with North?

Tell it. North adjusts, and your coach has the final say. North is a second opinion that remembers, not the last word.

How long does it take?

About five minutes to start. After that, most conversations are a few minutes. North keeps it short and asks one question at a time.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It is built for the phone first. Nothing to install; it runs in your browser.

What happens with the information over time?

North builds a development record for your player: Snapshots, what you reported, what a coach observed, and every plan with what happened after. That record is how North gets better at helping your child specifically.
